Our unit is based in the outskirts of Faridabad, India and has extensive capabilities in manufacturing and packing liquids, powders and granules. The manufacturing facility currently consists of 5 mixing vessels. These vary in size from 20 litres to 1,000 litres. Ess Kay Home Care has reactors that will work under high temperatures up to 200o Celsius. Ess Kay Home Care also has high quality cooling towers for rapid cooling of reacted solutions.
We also have specialized liquid filling machines capable of filling 50 ml bottles to 5 lires.The production and filing capacity of the plant is currently 10 tones per day. Megamorph also houses 2 industrial grade high capacity ovens for specialized products.
